Menstrual Calendar v1.7.0 for Android

Hello fellow users,

We’re back with a shiny new version of your favourite Menstrual Calendar!
We’ve worked hard to fix several bugs, improve compatibility with the latest version of Android (code name : Ice Cream Sandwich), upgraded icons to a higher resolution for the biggest screens, redesigned the app to comply with Android design guidelines…

But the feature we’re most proud of is our new community forum called doctaid – Health and Medical Forums. The doctaid.com community aims to be the most friendly and helpful place to talk about anything related to health, medical issues, pregnancy or parenting. And it’s integrated right into the Menstrual Calendar app with a dedicated mobile skin to make it easier to browse the site on your smartphone.

iOS users, don’t be jealous, this feature is coming to your favorite Apple device soon ;)

Stay tuned for more info!

If you find other bugs, please feel free to post on our Support forums, this is the place for it!

Furthermore, we included a new “notes” component that looks more like a real notebook, we hope you’ll like it.

Menstrual Calendar v1.2.0 for iOS

Hey iPhone and iPod users, we didn’t forget you!
Our latest Menstrual Calendar release brings you a cool feature we had already implemented in the Android version : our premium users will now have the ability to move symptoms from the “Symptom” tab to the “Facts” tab and vice-versa.
Doing so is really easy (just edit the symptom via the settings menu).
We hope you will appreciate the app even more with this update!

As usual, you can get it from the Apple app store!

Since our latest updates, some users reported a problem while trying to save temperature and weight.
This update introduces a new input method for these fields and should solve the problem.

Menstrual Calendar v1.6.1 for Android

Even more customization…

Since our latest update, a lot of user complained because some symptoms moved from the first tab (Facts) to the second tab (Symptoms). And guess what? They were right. We made a mistake and worked hard to resolve it. This should be much better with our latest 1.6.1 update.
This release lets you choose where your “symptoms” should be. We think this will really be handy to have all your favorite events just one click away.
The detailed procedure to move symptoms is on our support forums.

…and a bonus

We also decided to improve the buit in Color Picker. The previous one was kind of limited, so it was time to introduce a new one, which allows selection of a much wider color range.

We hope you like this update, and as usual, if you’ve got any question or remarks, let us know on the support forums!

Menstrual Calendar v1.6.0 for Android

We just release the latest version of Menstrual Calendar on the Android Market.
Apart from the icon change (in fact, that’s the same icon as the one we used for the iphone app), here’s a brief changelist :

New symptoms

First, a big change : some values that were previously non symptoms are now treated as symptoms (Intercourse, Medications & Cervical Mucus). The reason why we made such a change is simple : a lot of people were requesting to add values to these symptoms, or to remove them because they don’t use them, and so on… Now that they’re symptoms, you can do whatever you want with them : modify them, delete them, change their icons, whatever you can think of.

Multiple values

A lot of you requested this too : you can now select several values for a symptom. For example, moods may be turned in a “multiple values” symptom (that’s not because you were happy in the morning that everything went so good in the afternoon…).

Weight tracking and new charts

Next change is the introduction of weight tracking. Just like temperature, it’s a text field where you simply enter your weight (no units there, so if you use kilograms, input kilograms, if you use lbs, then… input lbs). And to celebrate this change, we also introduced a brand new weight chart that you can export and send by email. And we though the chart was so good that we also used it for temperature tracking.
